What is Bill Pay?
Bill Pay is a portal within your online banking that allows you to send out payments via ACH or physical check, bringing convenience to paying bills! (Must have an active Checking Account)
Benefits of Bill Pay:
Bill Pay takes the "work" out of paying bills! From the relaxation of your couch, all you need is a smartphone, tablet, or computer to log into your PFCU online banking account. Once logged in, you can navigate to Bill Pay to start paying those bills! No more dedicating an entire day to running from place to place making payments. This can now be done in minutes at the touch of a button any time, anywhere!
How to sign up (mobile and online):
Mobile:
1. Sign into your account through the mobile app.
2. Select the "Bill Pay" option under the "Move Money" tab on the bottom.
3. Select the "Enroll for Bill Pay" button.
4. Select your Primary Bill Pay account (must be a checking account).
5. Once enrolled, you are ready to start adding payees and making payments!
Online:
1. Sign into your account through itsme2047 at peninsulafcu.com.
2. Hover over the Pay & Transfer tab and select "Bill Pay".
3. Select the "Enroll for Bill Pay" button.
4. Select your primary Bill Pay account (must be a checking account).
5. Once enrolled, you are ready to start adding payees and making payments!
How to make a payment:
With the click of a button, all your payees are set up in one place! You can further select if you would like the payment to be one time, weekly, bi-weekly, every four weeks, monthly, quarterly, every four months, bi-annually, or annually. Wow! That's a lot of options! Just think, if you have all your bills set up through Bill Pay, you won't have to worry about missing a payment or forgetting if the payment was sent! With Bill Pay, you are able to check the status of your payments, both completed and pending. You can also receive notifications when payments have been delivered!
